3. Our Services – What We Do (And Don’t Do)

Bollyflixc is a licensed insurance agency and technology platform. We provide:

Educational content: Articles, calculators, and guides about insurance products.
Policy administration: We assist with applications, endorsements, and cancellations for policies purchased through our platform.

Important limitations (READ CAREFULLY):

We are not an underwriter. We do not make the final decision on your insurance application. Carriers may deny, modify, or increase your premium based on their own underwriting guidelines.
Quotes are not final offers. The price displayed on Bollyflixc is an estimate. The final premium may change after the carrier reviews your motor vehicle record (MVR), credit-based insurance score, or medical records.
No fiduciary duty. While we act in your best interest, we are not your legal fiduciary (unlike a financial advisor). You must review your policy documents.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Submit false information. Do not provide fake names, addresses, or driver’s license numbers. You certify that all information is true and accurate under penalty of perjury.
Use bots or scrapers. Automated scripts, crawlers, or data mining tools are strictly forbidden. We will block your IP and pursue legal action for unauthorized scraping.
Harass our staff. Abusive language, threats, or spamming Muhammadshaid3219@gmail.com will result in an immediate ban and potential reporting to law enforcement.
Reverse engineer our quote algorithm or security measures.
Pose as an insurance carrier to collect data from other users.

Violation consequences: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund (if any fees paid) and disclose your information to regulatory authorities.

5. Insurance Quotes – Specific Terms

When you request an insurance quote on Bollyflixc:

A. Authorization to Share Data
You expressly authorize Bollyflixc to share your personal information (including driver’s license number, VIN, health history) with our network of partner carriers and third-party data providers (e.g., LexisNexis, MVR.com). You understand that these carriers may retain your data even if you do not purchase a policy.

B. No Guarantee of Quotes
We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes from any specific carrier. Some carriers may decline to quote based on your risk profile (e.g., DUI history, poor credit).

C. Estimated vs. Bound Premium
The premium displayed is an estimate. A “bound” policy only exists after you complete the carrier’s application, make payment, and receive a confirmation from the carrier. Bollyflixc is not responsible for rate changes between the estimate and binding.

D. Telephone and Email Consent
By submitting a quote request, you provide your prior express written consent to receive autodialed marketing calls, prerecorded messages, and text messages from Bollyflixc and our partner carriers at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out anytime.

6. Fees and Payment

For Users (Consumers): Using Bollyflixc to request quotes is 100% free. We do not charge you any fees for comparisons or educational content.

For Insurance Carriers/Agents: We charge lead generation fees (typically $15 -$ 15−50 per valid quote) and/or success-based commissions (5-15% of first-year premium). Payment terms are defined in separate agency agreements.

Refund Policy: If you believe you were charged by a carrier incorrectly, you must contact that carrier directly. Bollyflixc does not process premium payments; the carrier does.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Bollyflixc.com – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and proprietary algorithms (the “BollyBot”) – is the property of Bollyflixc Insurance Solutions, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Republish our articles without written permission.
Use our logo or trademarks (Bollyflixc™) for any commercial purpose.
Frame or mirror any part of our Site.

DMCA Takedown: If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly on Bollyflixc, email Muhammadshaid3219@gmail.com with proof of ownership and the infringing URL. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

9. Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT BOLLYFLIXC, ITS OFFICERS (INCLUDING MUHAMMAD SHAID), EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Costs of substitute products or services.
Bodily injury or property damage arising from insufficient insurance coverage (you must verify limits with the carrier).
Unauthorized access to your data due to third-party hacking (though we use SSL encryption).

Bollyflixc contains links to external websites (carrier portals, DMV, NAIC). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site.

Carrier disputes: If you have a dispute with an insurance carrier (e.g., claim denial), you must resolve it directly with that carrier. Bollyflixc may assist as a courtesy but has no legal obligation to mediate.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Bollyflixc immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
Any outstanding quote requests will be cancelled.
Sections 4 (Prohibited activities), 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Liability limits), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Your use of the Site also complies with federal insurance regulations (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act).

Dispute Resolution – Mandatory Binding Arbitration:

To save time and money, you and Bollyflixc agree to resolve any disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.
Arbitration Provider: The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Location: Arbitration hearings will take place in New Castle County, Delaware, or via telephone/video if you prefer.
Costs: Bollyflixc will pay your filing fee for claims under $10,000.
Small Claims Exception: You may bring an individual claim in small claims court (not arbitration) if it qualifies.

Opt-out: You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing Muhammadshaid3219@gmail.com with “ARBITRATION OPT-OUT” and your full name.

14. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (If You Opt In)

By checking the box on the quote form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Bollyflixc regarding quotes, policy reminders, and promotions.

Message frequency: Varies (max 5 messages/week).
Message & data rates may apply (check with your carrier).

Stop: Text STOP to unsubscribe immediately.
Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most US carriers.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes (e.g., changing arbitration rules, liability limits), we will:

Post a notice on the homepage for 30 days.
Send an email to the address associated with your account (if any).

Your continued use of the Site after the “Last Updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

BY USING BOLLYFLIXC.COM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THESE TERMS CREATE A LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND BOLLYFLIXC, WITH MUHAMMAD SHAID AS THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.
